We are recent “long distance” buyers of a condo in Fort Myers. We live in Illinois and had to conduct much of the business by email and text messaging. We could not have done it without Nancy’s help. Nancy not only helped us find the perfect condo with all of the amenities we were seeking, but helped us close the sale, join the condo association and complete all of the “red tape”. Nancy even attended the inspection and final walk-through when we couldn’t be there. We had absolute trust in her and knew she was looking out for our best interests.
